- CRM, email marketing, and tech automation.

- Custom projects like Tekmatix platform setups.

For clients engaging our services, detailed descriptions of deliverables, timelines, and other specifics are outlined in the Virtual Assistance Client Agreement, which takes precedence for individual engagements.

2. Website Use

By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with our Website Use Policy. This policy outlines acceptable use, prohibited activities, and user responsibilities. Violations of the policy may result in restricted access or legal action.

If you engage our services, your use of tools or access to project deliverables is further governed by the Virtual Assistance Client Agreement.

3. Virtual Assistance Contract

Clients engaging our services will be required to sign a separate Virtual Assistance Client Agreement, which outlines:

- Scope of work.

- Payment terms.

- Deadlines and deliverables.

In case of any conflict between these Terms and the client agreement, the latter will prevail for the specific engagement.

4. Fees and Payments

- Fees for services are outlined in the Virtual Assistance Client Agreement.

- Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule specified in the agreement.

For any specific queries regarding payment terms, please refer to the Virtual Assistance Client Agreement provided upon engagement.

5. Cancellations and Terminations

- Cancellations for one-off services like "Get your Tech setup in a Day" are non-refundable once booked. Clients are encouraged to ensure their availability before confirming the service.

For ongoing services, terminations are governed by the terms outlined in the Virtual Assistance Client Agreement, which includes specific conditions for termination.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve recommendations or use of third-party tools like Tekmatix. While we provide guidance, we are not liable for any issues or damages resulting from third-party platforms.

For engagements involving specific tools or platforms, the Virtual Assistance Client Agreement will provide additional details and limitations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permissible by law, Hands On VA Services disclaims liability for:

- Indirect or consequential losses.

- Technical issues with third-party tools.

- User errors or omissions.


Additional limitations of liability applicable to specific engagements are outlined in the Virtual Assistance Client Agreement. In case of any conflict, the client agreement will take precedence.

8. Privacy

All data shared with us is handled per our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your confidential information.

For clients, specific confidentiality and data-handling obligations are further detailed in the Virtual Assistance Client Agreement.

9. Amendments to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For ongoing projects, amendments to terms specific to your engagement will be handled through the Virtual Assistance Client Agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
